Hi, I’m Surbhi!
I am an HR Technologist specializing in turning complex, long-standing HR challenges into value-based people-centered solutions.
My deep background in HR Operations and digital-first mindset enables me to drive end-to-end Digital HR Transformations that extend beyond technology implementations (before and after) to create sustainable impact. I understand the practical constraints that organizations face: tight timelines, limited budgets, and uncertainty about where to begin. Through thousands of hours of real-world problem-solving, I have developed a proven and practical approach to Digital HR Transformation that equips clients with the skills to select the right HR Technology solutions, navigate change, maximize ROI, and lead transformations with confidence.
Trained by the HOW Institute for Moral Leadership, I am deeply committed to conducting business ethically and uplifting those around me. In my spare time, I also serve as Spokesperson & Communications Director for Carolina Cares, Inc., providing food and resources to families in NC.
